22 July 2014 i am trying to forget password but the facing the problem using OTP IPIN not show. i do not have any other option to forget the password, like last acknowledgment and bank account no., security question, DSC and registered email id.

kindly advise.

22 July 2014 To overcome this problem java utility has been introduced.Just download the utility and fill the form generate xml and directly submit from the utility option.
