Is it mandatory for all Charitable Trust to e-file income tax return.
Is digital signature mandatory in case of e-filing of income tax return

Further, if a Charitable Trust have already filed the return in September in OFFLINE mode. Should it e-file again.
If it is e-filed again now in March, whether the trust will be eligible for carry forward of deficit/loss

ITR-7 has to be filed electronically if trust has to get its accounts audited. Please refer Income tax (Seventh Amendment) Rules,2013.
Form 10B has to be filed electronically.
