i have uploaded ST 3 online and the status is shown as filed, do i need to submit it maually as well?

If you have successfuly online filed it, no need to submit it manually.
Take the printout of acknowledge and you may submit the same to Department for cross verification.

No need to file ST-3 or acknowledgement manually in the service tax office once return is successfully e-filed.
