21 September 2012 One of my client who is having a proprietor concern, in the month of July the Proprietor Expired. I want to file the E return digitally signed, pls advise how to file the return in such case and legal heir can use their digital signature or not.

21 September 2012 Yes, the legal heir can file the return. Please ask the legal heir to register his/her signature with income tax india site. Otherwise it may not accept the UPLOAD.
