26 September 2010 I have quary regarding E1 sales :
What is the Exact process involved in E1 sales.
In E1 sale or sale in transist, if the dealer and the end user of perticuler product are registered to sales tax in the same state, Can E1 sale be done? and Will apply CST to the end user?

27 September 2010 1. E1 or E2 Form is issued by the suppliers in exchange of Form C.

2. E1 or E2 Form entitle the buyer for subsequent CST sale.

3. The purpose of E1/E2 transaction is to avoid Local VAT where goods directly sold after imported from other state.

4. The flow direction of Form C is towards Suppliers while E1/E2 is towards Buyers.
