Hey i wanted to ask that if i have procured imported good on which i have taken cenvat credit, so at the time of export if i ask for the duty drawback wouldn't that be double benefit.

if duty drawback for customs portion has been provided for that particular item seperately, then you can ask for the same, it will not be double benefit at all. most of the items two portions have been provided for duty draw back (i) customs (ii) central excise.
