Hello, I need duplicate PAN card. I have xerox copy of PAN. Do not have DOB proof.
please advice.

YOU HAVE TO APPLY PAN CORRECTION FORM QUOTING YOUR PAN NUMBER , BUT YOU HAVE TO GIVE DETAILS NAME AND INITIAL EXPANSION AND DOB IS COMPULSORY , IF IT IS NOT THERE YOU HAVE TO DO AFFIDAVIT.

For ' date of birth proof ' an affidavit sworn in before a Magistrate is enough.
