maine 2009 se apana service tax deposit nahi kiya hai.ab main apana service tax deposit karana chahata hoon .kya iske liye mujhe service tax office se permission leni hogi ya nahi .Please guide me.

Have u taken registration under service tax?
If not first take, n then pay the dues as soon as possible with 18% interest pa, it may also attract other penalties too.
If you really want to declare your total dues truly, u can also go for STVCES, ie Service Tax Voluntary Compliance Encouragement Scheme, and save interest n penalty. Better u ask for service tax consultant's advice.
