09 April 2013 daer sir, plz clearfy it...

Last date for filing ST-3 for period of Jan,13- Mar,13 is 25 April,2013 but there is no excel utility for preparation of XML of return.Now, what i have to do ? wheather provision of last date of filing is applicable here ?
