ABCK (P)Limited is registered on 02-03-2011. What will be the due for holding its First Annual General Meeting.

there should be atleast 15 months gap between two AGMs...
as regard First agm is concerned there should be either 15 months or 18 months from the date of its registration...
in your case it has to be before 02/09/2012

Section 166 is to be read with section 210, depending upop the financial year of the Company the date of AGM is to be decided.

Hi there. Thanks a lot for the answer. Further to my querry, the first F.Y. of the company in questino ended on 31-3-2012. In this case what will be the due date for holding the first AGM of the company which was incorporated on 2-3-2011

According to Section 166 it is 1st Sept 2012 and according to Section 210 31st December 2012.
So Due date shall be 1st Sept 2012.
So Due date shall be 1st Sept 2012.
