what is the due date of filing return of sleeping partner of the audited firm .
if the firm accounts is not finalised upto 31 st july,how can sleeping partner file its retuen?

A sleeping partner must awake at least at the due date of filing of return. The due date of return filing is 30th September in case of the partner, whose firm is under tax audit.

It is better to file return as the earliest possible.

If there is delay in finalisation of firm's audit report, he can file a belated return also. He has no option except to wait till the details from firm is received.
