12 August 2025 1. ESI (Employee State Insurance) Returns
Monthly Contribution Payment:
Due by 21st of the following month.
(e.g., for May 2025, payment due by 21 June 2025)

ESI Return Filing:
Usually, the ESI contribution payment itself acts as return filing.
However, periodic returns (like Form 01, 02, 06) may be filed as per regional ESI office instructions.

2. EPF (Employees Provident Fund) Returns
Monthly Contribution Payment and Return:
Due by 15th of the following month.
(e.g., for May 2025, payment & filing by 15 June 2025)

Annual Return (Form 3A and Form 6A):
Due by 15th April every year for the previous financial year.

3. MSME (Udyam Registration) Filings
No periodic returns are required for MSME/Udyam registration.
It is a one-time registration and renewal is not required.

However, MSME Annual Reports or filings under other Acts may have different due dates, but MSME/Udyam itself does not have periodic return filings.
