hello....i have confusion regarding depositing of tds deducted during the financial year 2009-10 ?? pls give detail of due dates...thanks.

7th of succeeding month is the due date for the TDS Deducted in the previous month. But if u have made Provision for TDS on 31.03.10, then due date will be 31.05.10.

Agreed with sanjay, however, this will lead to non compliance on account of issueance of TDS certificate also.
