Quick Summary

For the financial year 2020-21, the income tax filing deadline is 30th September for businesses not requiring a tax audit. If a tax audit is necessary, the deadline shifts to 31st October for the audit itself, and 30th November for filing the return. It's currently not possible to file using ITR 3 on the new portal.

25 July 2021 It's 30th September for non tax audit case. In respect of tax audit case it's 30th November.
You can't file ITR now' as ITR 3 is not available in new portal.
