Pls inform us in case of any development in case of due date of extension of filing of return of income as date of audit uploading has been extended.

Due date of filing of Income Tax Return remain 30.09.2014. Only due date for Tax Audit Report has been extended.

still the income tax dept have not extended the date of filling return

As expected date of filing of Income Tax Return for Tax Audit cases extended till 30.11.2014. See CBDT notification dated 26.09.2014 from below link--
