Dear Sir,
What is the last due date of deposit in epf& Esic liability whether grace period is allowed to all.and whether disallowance in case of late deposit

Due date of PF - 15 of next month
Due date after grace period - 20 of next months
Due date of ESIC - 21 of next month
In case of late deposit of PF & ESIC only employeees contribution disallowable permanently u/s 36(1)(va) and in case of employers contribution allowable on payment basis u/s 43B
