Sir, plz kindly let me know abt due date for filing IT for an assessee, who is earning Director Salary from a Pvt Ltd Company. Thanks in adv.

But, Filing after finalize the company accounts....

But due date for company's IT filing is sep 30th, then shall we file Director's salary after this date without penalty?

Just geting interest...
If he file his return 31st July. Then company a/c ll be file 30th June. He get profit of share Rs. XXXXXX. Then how to handle this one...? Revised...?
