My Client operated Two different firm having a common proprietor. He applied for single GST registration and issue bill from this single GST in both Firm.
One firm is engage in E-commerce and other in Textile Jobwork.
Whether he can issue such bill with common registration.

1. He run single premises or Additional place of business...?
2. If additional place then he is add it in Registration or not...?
3. If single premises then he is add the commodity details or not...?

Business can be run above said way. But, Can't use different Firm name in Single GSTIN...
Just use Single name with two business head...
