DTC not yet approved by parliament..so the question of applicability for exam does not arise...

Direct tax code will become act after bill of DTC pass in the both sessions of parliament....Direct tax code bill still pending. so question of applicability of DTC in may 2012 or nov 2012 can't be arise.
