Sir,
I am importing one machinery and software from USA. I have to pay the money in US dollars.What should I do for the payment and can I get any forms from the Company in USA. Pls give the full clarification.

Your bank may ask for form 15CA and 15CB. You need to get these from CA. You dont have to get any papers from USA company specially for this. Just give the purchase order and copy of invoice to CA.
