DSC Problem

26 September 2010 Dear Experts,

I have Adobe Reader v9, JavaRE installed, PKIClient installed. All latest versions.
I have a laptop with Win7 Home Basic.
I wanted to digitally sign one of the MCA Forms. when i click the signature field, nothing happens, usually a window pops asking u the password for that DSC.
The DSC has been issued by TCS (requisite softwares like TCS Filesigner Plus and EToken have been installed), its not expired either. I m able to view the properties in EToken. Please help. Any further clarifications required..?

26 September 2010 Pl check whether you have installed the following system requirements.
Windows 2000 / Windows XP – Operating System.
Internet Explorer v6.0.
Adobe Reader 7.0.5 and above.
Java Runtime Environment.
Even then, you are in trouble pl seek advise from MCA help desk.

14 October 2010 Thank You for your suggestion Sir,

It finally worked. Problem was with the Driver (PKI Client given by Certifying Authority). It was not compatible with Win7.

I have new driver now for Win7 and its working fantastic.
