DSC mandatory from when for tax audit individual cases

07 July 2011 From when the digital signature is mandatory for efiling of income tax returns of tax audit individual cases and firms.

Notification says from the date of publication in the official gazette.

Whether the same is published in official gazette or not.

If not whether we can file efile without using dsc now.
