PL GUIDE WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED FOR OBTAINING DIGITAL SIGNATURE CERTIFICATE FOR THE COMPANY AS WELL AS INDIVIDUAL AND TO WHOM

DSC is always obtained for individuals : PAN card and address proof is required (address proof can be your passport, driving licence, aadhar, utility bill etc etc)

If you want class 3 digital signature(which is more secure and used for tendering purpose etc, you need authorization letter from the company, board resolution etc.
