I have a query related to MCA
Is it compulsory to file form DPT-4 and GNL-2 for every company
and

if yes plz provide last date of filling the same

07 July 2014 DPT-4 - Statement regarding deposits existing as on the date of commencement of the Act.- For the purposes of clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 74, the statement shall be in Form DPT-4 and needs to be filed within three months from the commencement of Companies Act, 2013 i.e. on or before 30th June 2014.

However, Ministry’s clarification circular no. 27/2014 dated 30th June, 2014 has extended the time limit for a period of 2 months (i.e., upto 30th Aug 2014) without any additional fee.
