is it necessary to go for a dsc agent for getting dsc certificate..i mean can't we take it out by ourselves

no you cannot take it on your own. you will have to approach a DSC agent...

No., Pallavi you cant take out on your own. Need to approach the dsc agent. This days agents get the procedure done on line and at your door steps.
