19 September 2014 Due date for furnishing domestic transfer pricing report is 30th November. I would like to know whether late filling of domestic transfer pricing report is allowed?

19 September 2014 Rate at what rate? Late Submission is allowed till what time? Is there a date for late submission?

20 September 2014 there is no interest for late filing of transfer pricing report....but there is a penalty that can be levied for Rs 1 lakhs. please refer section 271BA. The last date for submission of report is 30 November. once this date is passed, penalty can be levied.
