07 August 2018 yes it does....file within 7 days from the end of the month in which deduction was done.

07 August 2018 Are you sure ?Section 194IA does not attract 234e ? Are you saying this in the view of section 200 ?

07 August 2018 according to me it does. refer the form 26QB is just a replacement to TDS returns. The only exemption available is that form 26QB doesn't require you to obtain TAN. https://icmai.in/TaxationPortal/upload/DT/Article/5.pdf
