One of my Client is having business of Trading in Sulphur, He died instate, As his father is in critical condition, He made an Agreement for Succession on a going concern basis. I want to know what are the procedures or document to be submitted under mvat act to make the business of the said firm in the name of his son.

For M vat it is as good as new registration except with the condition that you want the same TIN. Produce the documents of KYC (Know your customer) along with the attestations as required by MVAT and you can get it
