Can someone tell me that what are the documents required for applying TIN no. under Punjab vat and how much time taken by the department for issuing TIN no.

documents required for obtained VAT / CST TIN No.
Status: Individual;
1. ID/PAN/Address proof of Prop. with 4 photographs;
2. Business Premises; Address proof, if, rented, copy of rent/lease agreement with ownership proof of landlord;
3. 1st Sales / Purchase Invoice/s, copy of LR/GR & payment/collection proof with Bank Statement;
4. Surety/Security.
Status: Partnership; in addtion of above documents, copy of partnership deed; (item one required for all partners); PAN of firm.
Status: Company;in addtion of above documents, copy of Memo. and Art. of Ass. with copy of Board Ressolution; (item one required for all Directors with Authorised Signatory if other then director); PAN of Company.
