28 June 2014 you can deposit vide challan no 281 which are available at any stationery shop.First fill it than deposit it in any bank,it will automatically reached to I.T department
or you can fill this challan online and deposit the tds online on nsdl websites.

THEN IS IT COMPULSARY FOR THE DEDUCTEE TO FILE ITR IF YES THEN
WHICH FORM TO B FILLED AND WHAT PROCEDURE

28 June 2014 yes it is mandatory to file Income tax return to claim TDS. If he has only salary income than he can file ITR-1 or 2.For this you Approach to a Chartered Accountantor any TRP.
