Respected All,
In respect of items such as milk, eggs, flowers etc, the supplier neither issues any bill nor accepts payment by cheque/DD.
what would serve as a sustainable documentary evidence in such cases ??

In the absence of any document, reasonable estimates may only be used OR WORKED OUT, on case to case basis.

While making cash payment, on a "well drafted" voucher if the signature of the recipient is obtained, that can be used as a sort of DE.
