03 December 2012 Dear sir/mem,

Owner== Tenant=== Sub tenant
(A) (B) (C)

Here "C" made leave & licence agreement (i.e. sub tenant) with "B" even though "B" is not owner of such premises.

Now my question is whether "C" can produce sub-tenancy agreement as address proof (as required for registration)

Plz reply as ealrier as possible

04 December 2012 Which registration? ICAI...Land Registration.... PAN registration?????
Address proof aims at proof of address. Ownership proof is different than this.

04 December 2012 Service tax people are "premises"centric. They will, need the ownership details as well.

In my case what "C" can do.

i.e. "C" has taken premises on sub rent from "B" and "B" has taken premises from "A" who is original owner.

and also reply an other remedy on the same
