dividend releated

18 December 2010 if company declares dividend on 7/09/2010 for the year ending 2009-10...agm date is 29/09/2010. and record date is 22/09/2010 but in between the record date and 31/03/2010,the paid up capital of the company is increased, then company pay the dividend on the paid up capital which is on the record date or on the paid up capital which is on 31/03/2010.....what we consider and whats the reason behind dat....

18 December 2010 only on paid up capital as on record date...because paid up capital increased after record date doesnot have right for dividend ralated to previous year..

18 December 2010 The Paid Up Capital as on Date of Record, Will B Eligible For Dividend

18 December 2010 It's on the paid up capital as on record date.

20 December 2010 in balance sheet we make the provision only for the dividend on paid up capital which is on 31/03/2010.....if we give dividend according to the record date then how it can be adjusted.....
