If dividend of a foreign company is received in India , for whom and all it will be taxable( ordinary resident, not ordinary resident, nonresident)

in case of resident there is no confusion - it is taxable.
in case of other tax status any income received in India is to be taxed in India. But you can avail DTAA benefits for avoiding double taxation.

in resident case all income always taxable.
in case of non resident & not ordinary resident taxable if directly received in india. you can get the DTAA benefit
