Pay dividend to its shareholders or not
If yes how much & what its procedure..

1. By way of interim dividend during any time of the financial year by passing a Board Resolution.
2. The board will recommend the final dividend, in AGM shareholders will approve and the dividend will be paid accordingly.

Plz let me know what is this free reserve,
DDT is to be paid by all distribution of dividend.
