02 December 2021 IF YOU MEAN 100% DIT RELIEF CERTIFICATE.... IT MEANS NO TDS DEDUCTION CERTIFICATE ISSUED TO NON RESIDENT SHIPPING COMPANY BY CIT, INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT.
