Mr.B is a director in the company Y
Mr.B is also the statutory auditor of company X
Can Mr.B is disqualified from acting as the auditor of Company X
Mr.B is a director in the company Y
Mr.B is also the statutory auditor of company X
Can Mr.B is disqualified from acting as the auditor of Company X

if the said transactions are commercial transactions which are in the ordinary course of business of the company at arm’s length price - then no disqualification
