I would like to know the implication if one Company is disposing hazardous scarp more than standard as per Tamilnadu pollution control board.and under which section

16 July 2011 As per the pollution control act 1986 in case any excess disposal of hazardous scrap than standard required to inform the control board within the specified time otherwise penalty will be imposed.
