plz tell that whats the procedure, if i want to no more continue my partnership with my other ca partners.

retire from the partnership then you will not be the partner of that firm. Too do this take a stamp paer of Rs. 500/- drawn retirement deed.

If only two partners then dissolve it with mutual consent.
