10 October 2014 Weather we have to disclose the Interest by Director, if the Director Retired on FY 2011

Please Explain it Elabarately

11 October 2014 It seems now the director is not on the board of director. So there is no need to collect form MBP.1 for disclosure of interest for the FY 2014-15.
