05 July 2014 If Director has no interest in any other entity,

1. still it is mandatory submission of Form MBP-1 stating all the columns nil???

2. Is there requirement of MGT-14 filing with ROC even the director has no interest in any entity???

Please Help me Out...... Urgently...

I have mistakenly taken Rs.45,00,000 turnover in Profit & Loss A/c in stud of Rs.61,51,450. But in 26AS it shows Rs.61.51.450. Income Tax Officer asking me Why did you showed Rs.45,00,000 Turnover but in 26AS its 61,51,450???
WHAT SHOULD I ANSWER???.......

OR

Any other solutions???

12 July 2014 u have not clarified, wheather assessmnet is under process. the case realtes to which year . if the sale can be reconcilled withjcredits in 26AS, THEN RECONCILE IT. IF THERE IS TIME FOR REVISED RETURN , THEN FILE THE REVISED RETURN

14 July 2014 if the original return was filed in tme , u can revise the return. but u should prepare a reconcilition statement of sale with ledger and form 26 AS, TO FIND OUT THE REASONS OF DIFFERENCE
