Sir, I have received recently Rs 30,00,000 in April 2016 from NHAI national highway authority of India regarding land has taken from me which was used to lay highway

Any compensation received for Land acquisition under RFTLAAR act, 2013 is tax exempt. Declare it under exempt income, if applicable.
