i working in pvt ltd company
there is two director
one director is not in city
A board resolution need for new bank account opening
can only one director sign BR and it is valid

If Bank is agree then you can sign BR with one director.
You can call Board meeting on the date on which both directors was present.

Dear Vipin,
One director can sign only the extract of the resolution which is passed in a validly held Board Meeting. I hope the resolution has been passed in a valid meeting with proper Quorum.
