Whether it is mandatory to provide for directors'remuneration?If yes then what is the criteria? Our co. has booked directors'remuneration every month in 2011-12 but no single payment has been affected....and directors'a/c is still lying in the accounts...

IT IS NOT MANDATORY TO PROVIDE DIRECTORS REMUNERATION, IN CASE OF LOSS REMUNERATION MAY BE FOREGONE BY THE DIRECTORS
HAVE U DEDUCTED THE TDS ON THE REMUNERATION BOOKED?
