Can you please tell me that is there any difference between Whole time Director , Executive Director & a director ?

Section 269 requires a public company with paid capi of 5 crore or more to have WTD or MD compulsorily.
Whereas you can find director in every company.
Further exective dir generally mean director drawing salary from the company and WTD and MD are also Executive directors.
