Please solve my query which is as follows :
1) How may companines director ship can be hold by an executive director if yes who many and if not why?
2) Can be Non-Executive Chairman can act as a signatory to the bank account.
3) what the basic difference between executive director and non executive director.

1. As per Section-275 maximum directorship is 15.
2. Yes
3. Normally whole time director, M.D. and a director drawing salary are considered as executive director. Rest are considered as non executive.
