Hello,
we have a private limited company in chandigarh and we donot have in clouse regarding director salary in MOA, now we want to start director salary.
so do we need to inform roc about that if yes then how?
is there any limit for director salary ?
is there any clouse that we need to withdraw the same salary for each director?

Strict provisions regarding salary are not applicable to a private company. So you can give any salary to your director. Enabling clause in AOA is not a must. However the same should be there to control the remuneration. Later on amend your AOA and insert the desired clause.
For now you can give salary to ur dir. No need to inform roc about proposed salary.
