Can a Company sponsor Director's foreign tour expenses. (Director along with Family).

The Board of Directors of the Company ought to adopt a resolution sanctioning and approving the concerned Director's foreign tour expenses approved and passed by at least two other Directors and the Independent Director appointed on the Board of the Company.
