Whether a director needs to disclose even his holding of 1 share in Reliance Industries Limited in MBP-1.

"Interest" per section 184(1) should be an interest conflicting with duty as director.
A directors duty in a company will not conflict in a case wherein he/she holds one share in another company like Reliance.
Therefore,Director's holding one share in other companies is outside the purview of 184(1).
