Dear Sir,
We have not filed mgt-14( Director's Disclosure) in time year 2014. The time is over 300 days. Now I want the format for filing the Petition. Pls. guide me and send the format.

I would suggest you to get in touch witha professional firm of CA or CS to handle this issue as it would be difficult to get relevant info and documents like petition on internet.
